Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ SetUtilPendingTime-6.0.1.opm

Configuration

This module can be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

CustomerLoginSSOBasic::AuthAPI::EndPoint

This setting stores the EndPoint URL of the desired API.

CustomerLoginSSOBasic::AuthAPI::User

This setting stores the login for API access.

CustomerLoginSSOBasic::AuthAPI::Password

This setting stores the password for API access.

Use

Using the module

Once you have set up, enter the source site that will access OTRS.

In this environment, you need to access Gioconda, click "Gioconda EAD" in the left menu, and after uploading the next page, access the "Main > Services > Access Corporate Calling System" menu.

After clicking on "Access Corporate Calling System", it will take you to access the OTRS call list on the client screen as configured login and password.
